This is a self-help computer-generated estimate of relative home interior damage for comparative information only and is based on objective conservative baseline rate calculations coupled with the customer’s input and observance as to the damage suffered or the expense incurred because of the referenced loss and only represents one automative perspective as to the assessment, method of repair, restoration or replacement. Coverage interpretation or determination is NOT an aspect of this service and should be already established prior to your purchase or use of this product.

This baseline approximation is geared to “small property damage claim” below $40,000 and particularly is not structured or recommended for “large losses / claims” such as fire, smoke or mold where material damage is often hidden from view and require professional remediation services, or where any area demolition is involved, any of which that may also apply to small property damage claims valued at less than $40,000 as well.

The estimate is only a baseline approximation of damage suffered, plus any expenses included by the customer. No warranty or representation regarding the accuracy of the estimate is expressed or implied and none should be inferred. Many factors may affect the amount of the estimate: including presumed damage related line-item defaults and oversights, age and omissions where compensation has already been paid. Also, the cost of one contractor varied from another contractor as a result due to quality of materials, labor or assessments provided by engaged contractors; damages not observed at time estimate was rendered due to lack of accessibility, hidden and other factors unknown.

The actual damage suffered, or expenses incurred, could be higher or lower than the estimate, even significantly, depending on variances in several factors affecting the estimate and the accuracy of the provided information, general price ranges, approximate dimensions, quantities and assumptions upon which the estimate is based. The estimate is based on conservative market rate ranges that reflect overlapping product pricing, among other things; user input data and information and others engaged by the customer; as well as default assumptions built into the calculations. The estimate is intended for comparative purposes only. Any sole reliance on the estimate is improper and you agree to hold ClaimCOMP$com, affiliates, associates and principles harmless in the event of such reliance or your use of this service.

As a self-help platform, this non-advisory system has been designed to be independent of any social interaction and is provided as an affordable resource for casualty victims who undergo the claim process at a disadvantage without impartial representation. The input data used to generate the estimate is purged and unretrievable beyond 30 days of purchase.
